Holden VS Commodore #3 ICI Autocolor Trevor Ashby/Steve Reed 8th Bathurst 1997. Controversial year for annual race when dispute over TV race cover led to two races being held two weeks apart, the first for mostly European touring racecars, and the second for the traditional Bathurst 1000 cars. The second race  (16-19 October) was called Primus 1000 Classic and is the race in which the car modeled finished in eights place. This model has black windows NO INTERIOR DETAIL. This new old stock (NOS) model was issued in June 1998 and at that time printing on small concave places was not possible so a card with peel and stick brand names is included in box flap.
